Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This policy is in accordance with consumer protection laws in the Philippines.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Return shipping costs will be shouldered by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an incorrect item received.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will assess the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, the fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item, and once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the desired item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
